Do your sleep gummies contain melatonin

We do not add melatonin to our gummies as today most melatonin supplements are made from chemicals or artificial substances. Some negative side effects from melatonin that people are known to experience are headaches, nightmares, nausea, and groggy mornings. Many of our customers have tried melatonin, experienced some of the above side effects and find that it stops being effective and have turned to CBD.

What is CBN

Cannabinol (CBN) is a compound found in the hemp plant. CBN is similar to CBD - CBN has become recognised for promoting peaceful sleep.

Can I use your full spectrum CBD gummies during the day?

Each person has a different tolerance to hemp cannabinoids. If you are using our product during the day we recommend trying them on a day when you can relax at home.
