How Do I Pause, Skip, or Cancel my subscription?

From the My Account page, click the Subscriptions tab to view your active and paused subscriptions. Under Actions, click Cancel for subscription you want to Cancel/Pause. You can reactivate at anytime.

Can I Subscribe to Mutiple Products?

Yes, you may subscribe to multiple CBD products at once. Want to try a new product? You can also add a one-time purchase to your subscription order. You can later add or remove products from an existing subscription, as well as manage Delivery Schedule, Charge Date, and more.

How Much do I save when I subscribe & save?

You’ll save up to 15% off the current retail price! Not only will you save money, but the time and stress of remembering to order your favorite CBD product.

How Do I change a payment?

Under your My Account and click My Subscription>Billing Information. There, you’ll see an option to change your card on file

How Do I add products to my subscribe & save?

Go to My Account > Subscriptions> Select Add Product. Search the product. Once you have selected the new subscription product you want to add, you can set the Quantity, Delivery Schedule, Delivery Address, and Next Charge Date.
