How do I take organic CBD oil?
Adults take one full CBD tincture dropper (1mL) 1-2 times per day.
Consistency is important with full spectrum CBD oil. Find a time of the day when your organic CBD oil routine works best for you. Most people take organic CBD oil in the morning and 30 minutes before bed.
How much Organic CBD oil should I take?
The CBD oil dosage varies for everyone as it depends on your age, weight, the severity of your issue and your body’s absorption rate. We recommend starting the 2400mg with ½ of the dropper of our full spectrum CBD oil and increasing the CBD oil dose to 1-2 droppers per day.

When is the best time of day to take organic CBD oil?
Organic CBD oil can be consumed at anytime of the day. We recommend you take the cbd oil approximately 45 minutes prior to needing it. Let's say you have a morning meeting you are anxious about you may find it is best to take your full spectrum cbd oil in the morning to help you relax for work.
How long does organic CBD last?
With the correct dose, you’ll start to feel relief from the organic CBD oil within 45 minutes to an hour; hopefully sooner. You may feel the calm of your organic CBD oil dose for up to eight hours. Aunt Bonnie believes that full spectrum is the closest to the natural plant so we like to keep our CBD oil with the THC.
Do you sell organic CBD oil without the THC?
No. Broad spectrum is stripped down CBD oil without the THC. To Aunt Bonnie broad spectrum is like decaf coffee. It looks like coffee, smells like coffee, but doesn't offer the same benefit as coffee. We recommend full spectrum cbd products and believe you will love the way full spectrum cbd oil makes you feel.
Does organic CBD oil get you high?
Taking organic CBD oil does not offer the same high feeling as THC. If you need to chill, unwind, calm your busy mind you will love the relaxing, calming feeling CBD oil offers.
